What is co-managed IT?
Co-managed IT means you keep your own IT person and a provider backs them up with more hands and deeper skills. Your IT person stays in charge.
Will LiveIT replace our IT person?
No. Co-managed support is built around the person you already have. They decide what we take on.
Is someone available outside office hours?
Yes. The LiveIT office is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central, and systems are monitored with engineers on call 24 hours a day.
